Shipping and Return Policies

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order and proceed to check out, the system will estimate shipping prices based on the options you choose.  Currently, all shipping rates are based on weight of each item, your preferred shipper and your required delivery time.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full ounce or pound.  Most items show their estimated weight on the detail page, but if there are any concerns do not hesitate to contact us via email or phone.
Returns Policy:
We hope you Love your purchases, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the non-sale, unworn or unused product(s), with tags whether they are attached or not, along with the original packing slip within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.  If items were On-Sale, the same requirements are applied but will need to also include an explanation for the return.  If approved, a store credit will be applied to your online account profile.  We will always pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within the week the item(s) is received back in our office.  If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Any Returns & Exchanges must be received within 30 days of the original purchase, unless previously authorized by us. If exchanging, we will hold (pull it from inventory) the exchanged item for you for 15 days (we cannot "Hold" a sale price if the exchange item is currently on sale at the time it's being placed on hold), and if we haven't received your return within 15 days of the contact e-mail date, the held item(s) will go back in inventory and the matter will be closed. If you want to Exchange (same value price or less) we do offer free shipping for the exchanged item(s). We need to know what item(s) you want to exchange with in 24 hrs of the request. We will pull and hold the item(s) from our inventory for you. Exchanged item(s) are shipped to you for Free, one time per order/item.
Customer is responsible for shipping item(s) back to us unless other arrangements have been made/offered. We can not place a "Hold" for an exchange on a Sale item or Special Orders. You will need to wait until your request is processed and use the store credit (Gift Certificate) to purchase if you want. We suggest you join our mailing list for all future product promotions and events to keep up-to-date with our product lines. Any and all product(s) that is/are returned or exchanged must include a copy of your original Invoice and your request, without these 2 items the exchange process may take much longer or not at all.
Return & Exchange Shipping Costs are your responsibility as the customer unless other arrangements have been made prior to shipment. Any Returned or Exchanged Item(s) that arrive in worn condition and/or washed condition will not receive store credit and the worn/washed product(s) will be shipped back. We will evaluate any manufacturer's defects after we've received the item as well as the explanation for the 'How' the defect came to be.
Returns & Exchanges could take up to 14 business days to process. If it takes longer than that, you will be informed before the 14 days with the reason for the delay. If you had made any purchases while a promotion was running, you will be charged full-retail price for the difference or remaining product(s) that were kept.
** Example: if the Promotion is: Purchase Any 3 Items or more & receive 10% off your entire order! If you Return any items out of the 3, You will be charged Full Retail Price for the remaining kept items. If item(s) purchased were Clearance Items or any other item(s) marked: "All Sales Final" in any part of the website or storefront where the prices are marked extremely low, there are no returns or exchanges on these items. Their are No Refunds without the receipt for the item(s) purchased, only store credit is issued. If the return/exchange meets all requirements mentioned on this page refunds/exchanges will processed within the before mentioned 14 day period.
There is no expiration date for the Store Credit; the dollar amount will always be attached to the customer's online account until it has been used. can not Guarantee that the same item(s) you are exchanging will be in stock (because we order limited quantities) in a different size/color. If this happens, you will receive in Store Credit or we can suggest another item(s) at equal or lesser value. We are always adding New Products!
